A partir d&#8217;alguns dels seus protagonistes\u00a0 \u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;Als anys 80, el sistema de l&#8217;art s&#8217;estava transformant&#8221;, explicava Muntadas en una entrevista mantinguda amb Anne B\u00e9nichou, \u201cal m\u00f3n de l&#8217;art existeix, d&#8217;una banda, el treball de l&#8217;artista i tot all\u00f2 que comporta la producci\u00f3 de l&#8217;obra, i de l&#8217;altra, el sistema que constitueix l&#8217;entorn de la intermediaci\u00f3; la difusi\u00f3, la venda, el col\u00b7leccionisme, la distribuci\u00f3, tot all\u00f2 que afecta la visibilitat posterior del projecte. Els anys vuitanta representen un per\u00edode molt concret en qu\u00e8 alguns intermediaris van ocupar un poder excessiu i van tenir una visibilitat exagerada. Per aix\u00f2 volia entendre com s&#8217;havia arribat a una situaci\u00f3 com aquesta\u201d. I per aix\u00f2 va comen\u00e7ar a entrevistar nombrosos agents implicats en el m\u00f3n de l&#8217;art (galeristes, col\u00b7leccionistes, cr\u00edtics, comissaris, responsables d&#8217;institucions, educadors, periodistes) i els va gravar en v\u00eddeo al llarg de m\u00e9s de 200 hores. El resultat va ser Between the Frames, una instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 que el Between the Frames: The Forum (Barcelona), 1983-1993.<br \/>\nDividit en diversos cap\u00edtols-sales en qu\u00e8 es poden visionar el treball editat, criden l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 algunes declaracions: el pragmatisme del sector galer\u00edstic (arrogant en el cas d&#8217;Ileana Sonnabend \u201cEl que jo crec que \u00e9s bo ho ha de ser tamb\u00e9 per a altres persones\u201d, o el realisme de Marian Goodman, que subratlla que l&#8217;aspecte rom\u00e0; la varietat de postures per definir la instituci\u00f3 (des del museu com a lloc de recerca de l&#8217;art i les idees del nostre temps proposat per Marcia Tucker, fins al museu com a punt de relaci\u00f3 amb la hist\u00f2ria defensat per Kaspar K\u00f6nig, passant pel lloc que comparteix la mirada amb l&#8217;artista de Pontus Hulten) o el paper del cr\u00edtic i dels media (\u201cLos media\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>Als ant\u00edpodes d&#8217;aquestes reflexions, els estudiants d&#8217;hist\u00f2ria de l&#8217;art de la Facultat de Geografia i Hist\u00f2ria de la Universitat de Barcelona rebien a finals dels 80 un input ben diferent. Mentre Miquel Barcel\u00f3 triomfava en l&#8217;escena art\u00edstica, les classes d&#8217;\u201cart del segle XX\u201d i d&#8217;\u201c\u00faltimes tend\u00e8ncies de l&#8217;art\u201d continuaven basades en gaireb\u00e9 esva\u00efdes diapositives de Dal\u00ed o l&#8217;informalisme que, si no recordo, va ser la tend\u00e8ncia m\u00e9s contempor\u00e0nia a qu\u00e8 es va poder arribar. Fi del par\u00e8ntesi.<\/p>\n<p>Tornem a Muntadas, que completa el seu treball amb un ep\u00edleg que recull contundents declaracions d&#8217;artistes: \u201cL&#8217;art ha esdevingut un valor immobiliari\u201d (Dan Graham), \u201cNo hi ha hagut un desenvolupament org\u00e0nic de l&#8217;art a la nostra societat\u201d(Joseph Beuys). No hi ha dubte que el sistema de l&#8217;art actual \u00e9s deutor del que es va gestar als vuitanta, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 del p\u00f2sit de d\u00e8cades anteriors.
