Montse Badia has collaborated in various specialized publications such as Transversal, arts.zin, Untitled (London), Nu: The Nordic Art Review (Stockholm), Tema Celeste (Milan), ARCO and Bonart. He has curated exhibitions at De Appel Foundation (Amsterdam), Apex Art (New York), Künstlerhaus Bethanien (Berlin), Fundación Joan Miró, MACBA (Museum of Contemporary Art of Barcelona), MNAC (National Museum of Calatonia) and Fundación “la Caixa” (Barcelona). Associate curator at Espai 13 of the Miró Foundation and at the Santa Mónica Art Center. She has been a member of the advisory committee of the Yaxs Foundation and artistic director of the Cal Cego contemporary art collection. She is currently co-founder and director of A*Desk. Independent Institute of Criticism and Contemporary Art. and director of the Master in Contemporary Art: Context, Mediation and Management of IL3- UB.
